Board of Directors

USCLAS Board is made up of 9 board members all of whom represent the following Communities:

Moricetown - Amie Williams: Amie wishes to continually be able to help those who are in need. This she does through my much volunteering. Amie hopes that USCLAS would be continually funded in order to help others, and to always have a good staff working. She hopes to always have the opportunity to help and support those people in need.

Gitsegukla - Nancy Pierre: That the office will continue to support he people who are in need help and to become self sufficient

Hagwilget - Ron Austin

Gitwangak - Esther Williams

Gitanmaax - Charlotte Sullivan: Charlotte hopes are that the law office can maintain its current level of service to the whole area to which they provide services for.

Kitwancool - Rena Benson: Rena hopes to stay active as long as possible. Her achievements are far too much to put onto paper. Rena has since been promoted from being mom to C.H.R. for 32 years and hopes that we keep the office open for those people in need. My wish is that we get more funding to expand the programs we have.

Glen Vowell - Marvin Sampson: Marvin has knowledge of water safety and enjoys fishing, as well he has done some construction work. Marvin has taken leadership training and enjoys working with Indian medicine. He has also been on chief council for approximately 2 years. Marvin hopes that one day USCLAS will become self sufficient.

Kispiox - Jim Angus

Non-Resident - Emma Pierre: Emma always wanted to own her own home and be able to live comfortably; she would like to get out of debt and give her children rooms of their own. Emma wishes for USCLAS to be open all the time and be given the opportunity to continually help those who are in need, and educate the kids that live in poverty.
